To the north, the city of Chiclayo, famous for the recent discovery of
The Lord of Sipan, where the golden and ceramics pieces of the Mochica
and Chimú pre-Inca cultures can be admired at the Brünning Museum
in Lambayeque.

Visit to the old fishing village of Huanchaco, where the ancient totora
